Check-in lady was very trustworthy, friendly and professionally accommodating. I had a terrible experience at a prior failed booking and she put the whole trip back on track. I had an additional booking here after the first three nights and it could have been very confusing without good knowledge of English, so I was happy she understood everything and worked out the details. I ended up being able to donate blood on time and rest up for the other part of visiting Houston. Cool neighborhood at night for night life, nearby tattoo shop (which I didn't get to see this one), close to several bus stops and not that far from a Walmart and Micro Center, Galleria and more.

Lots of food options around the area and the galleria mall is around the corner. The rooms are well lit with brand new furniture, very well taken care off. The rooms were spotless I couldn’t find any problems. Great amenities with huge TVs.

Shen was above and beyond Housekeeper did a very good job keeping my room clean and neat! I would like to recommend this place to anyone who would like to travel for leisure, work or family. Thank you all!
